Which countries do you deliver to?
We deliver to Germany and other countries within the European Union. Excluded are territories that are not part of the EU customs territory.
How much are the shipping costs?
Within Germany, we charge €4.99 per order. Shipping within the EU costs €14.99.
When will my order be shipped?
Shipping takes place 1 working day after receipt of payment.
Can I return my order?
Yes.
Our goal is for every customer to be completely satisfied with their purchase. If this is not the case, returns are possible within 14 days of receiving the goods. The items must be returned unused and in their original packaging.
Which payment methods are accepted and when is payment due?
Payment is due immediately after completion of the order and is made via the secure payment methods displayed in the checkout.
